There is a $30 one-time registration fee added to the first month's membership ($25 in South Dakota).
The Standard, Elite, Upgrade A and Upgrade B memberships are NOT available in Maine, Maryland, Montana, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Washington, Vermont, Alaska, Illinois and Kansas. These memberships available through age 64.
The Signature membership is NOT available in Maine, Maryland, Montana, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Washington, Vermont, Alaska, Illinois and Kansas. This membership available through age 64.The Medical Savings membership is NOT available in Alaska, California, Florida, Indiana, Illinois, Kansas, Oklahoma, Montana, Rhode Island and Vermont. This membership has no age limit.

- This plan is not a health insurance policy.
- This plan provides discounts at certain health care providers for medical services.
- This plan does not make payments directly to the providers of medical services.
- As a plan member, you are obligated to pay for all health care services but will receive a discount from those health care providers who have contracted, directly or indirectly, with IAB.
